Starting a project with strong, pre-approved assets is always a great foundation, but working across multiple sizes, lengths, and languages at once inevitably creates workflow bottlenecks.
To optimise workflows, I strip projects back to their core and build custom templates and file structures. This approach enables me to work efficiently across multiple assets simultaneously.
The project was a success, with over 50 unique assets delivered across multiple countries — all within just two months.
When working on projects with large-scale deliveries, it all comes down to effective workflow management and streamlining asset production.
